website directory for the uk

Hello, im looking for someone to make me a site like this one ( [login to view URL] ) with all the pages filled with the same content as the site link... but i want unique content. not a clone site but a site that has the same things but i would like it looking modern ... i want the site hosted in the uk. The site will be a new business for me so there will be more work for you. when i get customers to use our site over the one in the link that is how we will make money. Thomson and yell are rip off people, im looking to set up a directory site that is run by humans who give a shit if the customer makes money. i will offer all that the link site does so again you will get all this work also. i do get ill need staff but one step at a time. i can out rank yell for a little website so passing the new site to a pro so i can get the customers and let you do the site work. im loyal and not looking to use loads of different people. i dont know what the cost of the site will be as its going to take over as the uks number one. so ill need a cost to make the site and fill it all with content. then take it from there. ill put a little budget but i get it will cost more, would also like to pay a bit of cash upfront and rest per month. i would also like the 1st page and a sub page made for me to see before i part with money. its only because its all new to me and i dont want this to be a waste of time. i would love a uk team but as long as your English is good ill be happy, like i said its a big site and loads of more work to come, if we dont understand each other it will crash before it takes off. if your from the uk you will know that yell and thomson suck and it just needs a person with half a brain to come and out rank them, mumsnet even outranks them for things.
