WordPress Theme adaption and additions of theme functionalities

We have a wordpress page based on the freelancer marketplace theme HireBee. This needs to be adapted. This is what needs to be done. All steps will have a single milestone set in freelancer. Please propose how much each of this tasks will be as a milestone in USD. 1. Do a backup before start to work. 2. Create and install a Child Theme. 3. Searcher on top should only search for projects, not for freelancers. 4. Terms and conditions needs to be accepted via checkbox before use of the page. Since user cant register, but we register them, user which access the page first time need to experience a pop up or direction to the terms page and accept them before being able house the website. 5. Freelancer should only able to see access job categories and jobs of jobs for which job categories they are approved. So when a freelancers adds his profile and adds or changes categories/skills, admin needs to approve or decline categories/skills. Freelancer are only able to see job categories and jobs of jobs for which job categories they are approved. Job notifications mails should also only be sent to users in the same skill category. Example A SEO job job will only be sent via automatic job notification mal to freelancers who are approved for the category SEO. Also, on the website, only freelancers who are approved for SEO can access the job page and the job category page. All freelancers can see all jobs in the job feed but can only access the job detail page if they are approved for that job category/Skill. 6. In Backend and Frontend there needs to be one more fiel to fill in for jobs. This new field is "project number". Freelancers will have a list in their profile which shows for which projects, showen by „project number“ they have worked on. Also the rating for this particular job will be shown next to the job number. Please write no spam as first word in your porposal, so we know you have fully read the text. Many thanks, Leon 7.
