Hello, I have years of experience troubleshooting PC issues (either hardware of software). Would you mind sharing with me more information about any changes (hardware changes or software installations) that happened before this problem had shown up. Also, May I know what happens when the log in screen shows up ... are you able to put the login password? or how do you manage to log in again? Best regards.

Hi, I would like to help you solve lock screen issue. I am available immediately. I have a degree in Computer Science which means working on computer is my everyday routine. I have a few questions for you, so we could pinpoint the problem and find a solution. 1.) When and how often does this occur? While working or when PC is idle or both? 2.) Did you upgrade your PC from Windows 10? If yes, did that happen before upgrade? 3.) Do you use Bluetooth devices i.e. Smartphone connected to your PC? 4.) I see you are using laptop. Does this problem occur regardless of whether laptop is connected to power adapter or running on battery, and regardless of chosen power option (Balanced, Power Saver mode, High Performance)? I would like to try some of solutions that could fix the issue. I am willing to try it for free, until the problem is fixed.
