[login to view URL] The link above is a downloadable desktop version, but our main product will be on the web. It is showing comprehensive forms from US tax website. PHASE 1- Web application which can upload client form information into server database. Can be ported to a desktop version for offline use, saving client form data locally and also uploading said data into server database when connected to the internet. To create tabs, buttons same as the desktop demo in the link, see below Screenprint 1 - Setup of platform: setting up the code frontend and backend, the user structure, login, reset password, multi-tenant (to be a SaaS), the roles and permissions, implementing the database (for all future records, forms, ...) - Creating ‘Add Form’ tabs with the capability to embed forms from Excel, see Screenprint. to be stored in database and downloadable as a CSV files. - Forms are to be able to be downloadable in PDF Once development is completed and validated by us, extensive testing before ‘go live’ support. PHASE 2- Upgrade We need an interactive platform and improved the UX with updated UI by; 1. Include the interview part of the demo as seen in the desktop version, see below Screenprint 3. 2.
