Select a link that is on the side “Remedy Associate Support”

Select a link “Help Desks (Internal)

Select a link “Global Help Desk

Enter Field Last Name “use provided Lastname in file”

• There will be several; find the one that matches First, if not say “user not found”

Select Field “Type of Request” and Select drop down “Request”

Select Field “Category One” and Select drop down “Email”

Select Field “Category Two” and Select drop down “Create New Group Mailbox”

Select Field “Severity” and Select drop down “2 – High”

Replace Field “Summary + “Please create email enabled security group <Groupname>”

Replace Note Field

“Please create email enabled security group <Groupname> as follows

<Groupname>_USERS1@<Company>

TLE_USERS2@[login to view URL]

TLE_USERS3@[login to view URL]

File Contents
