Searching for a developer (no indian)

Hi, We are looking for a additional developer to work together with our current developer building a whitelabel website. The site is adult, so you should be fine with this. Communication will go by [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin] with our other developer and incase of IT questions, we have our own IT system engineer. We won't be hiring people from India or bangladesh because of bad experiences. Description of the job: The developer will be producing responsive front-end code only as per the design documentation, no backend code is required as this will be set up later by me. In cases where they need to produce code for dynamic content e.g. video thumbnails, categories etc, they can just write up placeholder elements and use fake data then I'll have something for reference when connecting it to the backend. All code (html, css and JS) must be annotated where relevant so that it's easy to maintain once handed over, and it would be preferable if they could use snake case for class, id and variable names where possible e.g.: class="my_class" var my_variable my_function(){ } etc Reusability is also important as we're likely to re-factor some of the code in the future as we set up new sites. Also, any scripts/stylesheets etc should be designed and loaded with page speed in mind i.e. using defer, async ect. But they mustn't use lazy loading on images as this is something we'll test later on. Required skillset: We'll try and avoid using loads of 3rd party libraries and stuff to keep load times low. They'll mainly just need decent ability with the basics: - HTML - CSS - JavaScript - JQuery - AJAX - The developer can use SASS if they want to, but they'll need to provide some documentation as to how they've set it up i.e. how the filestructure is set up, how their task runner is set up if they're using one. - experience with responsive design
