Set up/create a Vue.js website

I have a semi dedicated hosting account at [login to view URL] and I want to start putting together a Vue.js website. I cannot run command line applications on the hosting server so the structure needs to be set up manually. I set up the basic folder structure
On my index page at [login to view URL] I have a menu with HELLO WORLD.
If you click it “This is my test for Hello World” shows up in the right hand panel using stand VUE code. The function is included in the attachment.
In the website “components” folder the standard [login to view URL] view is located and I want the website configured to be able to add the [login to view URL] to show in the app div of the index page.
I need the standard process to import a component. This project does not have any PHP so please do not say you can convert the vue into html and add it. You need to use Vue.js best practices. Be advised I cannot run command line applications at HostBuddy so elements need to be added manually. The projects name can be "CancerAdmin"
