Artist required. MUST BE ABLE TO HAND DRAW / ILLISTRATE

I am looking for an illustrator for long term projects. You are bidding on this project only. You will be required to draw everything by hand (pencil) etc and scan into the computer. I am looking for a dog to be drawn and he/she will be used over the entire site. The first drawing and this project is for the dog to be drawn holding a sign that will include our website address so in other words or website logo. I have attached an example of the quality im after etc. The sign can either be handdrawn and coloured in or the same as per example its upto you. I need to see sample of something similar you have drawn or a quick mockup of a dog to follow along the lines of the sample.
