Hi, I'm a freelance graphic designer and Photoshop artist based in Melbourne with over 20 years experience working in book and magazine publishing, marketing and design studios. I've produced my own book and many others for clients. I can definitely help you with this project, though it may be better to assemble the book design in Adobe InDesign as it is more auited to multipage documents. I'm very familiar with Adobe Illustrator as well, so either way is fine.
