Vector Versions of 2 Versions of Our Logo

We have a great logo, but we need vector files for 2 similar versions of our logo as soon as possible to use in signs for our church. They must be vector files in all three formats (.PSD, .EPS and .AI) and we must be able to open and verify the files are correct before releasing the milestone payment for this project.
Both tasks in this project must include the following:
- We must have vector files in all three formats (.PSD .EPS and .AI).
- The vector files should have transparent backgrounds and no embedded raster content.
- The vector should match the original raster as closely as possible with special attention to preserving the outline of the family members.
- We will fully fund the milestone upon project assignment and we will release the funds after we have verified that the delivered vector files are correct. WE WILL NOT RELEASE ANY FUNDS EARLY FOR ANY REASON and if you ask for a pre-payment release, we will cancel the project and start again with someone else. This should be a simple project with a single milestone release when completed.
Task #1
- The original icon (with orange colors) needs to preserve the gradients as closely as possible.
- Needs to also preserve the RGB values of the original as closely as possible.
Task #2
- The outlined icon in black and white SHOULD ONLY HAVE THE BLACK PART in the vector files. The rest including the white should be transparent in the files delivered to us.
This should be a fairly easy and straight-forward task for the right designer. We do need to files as quickly as possible, so tell us how many hours it will take when you place your bid. We will be awarding this project in the first few hours of posting it, and we EXPECT to get files in the next 24 to 36 hours at latest.
