Install Joomla, Configure and Need 1 custom template

I have been doing research into what to use for a website that I am making that will advertise my real estate services. I have found that Joomla is a free CMS system and I would like to use this in my website.

Project:

- Install Joomla on my domain - I have a hosting service already and a domain name

- Configure and show me how to use the administration panel so that I can make changes to my website

- Put in 5 pages to start of text

- I have read that it is possible to change the look of a joomla website to make it have the look that you want, I want a layout designed for my website with my input and then to have this put into my joomla site.

I prefer to pay by PayPal upon project completion
