** PLEASE NOTE: This project is in Cebu in Philippines - the designer needs to be able to meet in Lapu-Lapu. Looking for a young interior designer based in Lapu-Lapu City to help us design our condo and have it Air B n B ready! We want it to achieve the maximum nightly rental by having it designed and fitted out appropriately. It is located close to the airport so we want to give it a hotel feel with homely comforts. We have some furniture already but need the aesthetics to work and colour schemes etc. Has a balcony, 1 Bedroom, bathroom, lounge room area, dining area, kitchen, entrance foyer. Must be living in Lapu Lapu and be able to meet in Lapu Lapu Cebu.
