Professional Link Building firm

We are looking for an SEO or an SEO Firm for high quality link building. Deconstructing our competitors back-links and evaluating the highest quality of those links. Then obtaining as many of those links as possible. This is likely done with tools like Majestic SEO or SEO Moz. [login to view URL] This project is not. Social Bookmarking, social media linking dofollow or not, article marketing to sites like ezinearticles or goarticles, generic guest posting to random low authority sites, blog comments, directory submissions, or forum profile links. It is not any other mass link building technique out there that I may not have thought of. That would also include not link networks or blogs/websites that you own. Performance will be judged based on the number and quality of links procured, not immediate changes to rankings. For someone who understands these requirements and is able to effectively build links in this manner, this would be a long term relationship. I will need to have an interview with prospective applicants prior to selection. This is likely an hourly job, but could be fixed price for the right person. We would need to discuss more. Where the link involved quest posting on a high quality relevant site, I would provide the content and it would provide the content and it would need to be approved by me prior to submission.
