Generating subscribers and views for YouTube channel

READ FULL POSTING BEFORE APPLYING! I have a relatively new YouTube channel ([login to view URL]) and I am looking for help with getting high-quality subscribers for it. By "high quality" I mean they are REAL and they watch the videos released by the channel ... and ideally engage with the video (leave a comment, like it, and share it). I am willing to pay a monthly amount for such help BUT would much rather give 10% of the channel's Google AdSense revenue and establish a long-term relationship with you. Every month, I would send you a screenshot of what YouTube has paid me for the previous month and your 10% commission is based off of that. HOWEVER, to get a cut of the channel's AdSense revenue, milestones must be offered and then met. Your bid would thus consist of milestones you are willing to set for yourself. By "milestones", I mean X number of high-quality subscribers every few weeks or per month. These milestones increasing as times goes by since as a channel grows so does typically the rate of it getting new subscribers. I am very open to "viral expansion" of the channel. By this I mean that you focus your efforts on promising videos of mine and work to make them become popular (go viral). You do not have to make all of my videos go viral. I know that's unrealistic. But ever so often, I will make a video that I think has potential to go viral and you would just focus your efforts on it. This will result in a spike in views and then hopefully between 5% and 10% of those viewers becoming subscribers and thus establishing a new higher floor of subscribers for the channel. Then the next viral video has another spike and then establishes another higher floor of subscribers. Look over the videos on the channel and feel free to suggest which you think could become viral. I have my own suggestions but I will always be open to yours since you're the one working to make them go viral. Just FYI, once the channel monthly revenue gets to a certain amount (likely $20,000 a month), I will hire a full-time video editor who will double as a camera operator.
