Inbound marketer wanted for new project

I am looking to work with an experienced internet marketer who specializes in inbound marketing, and is fully conversant with using social media channels - such as twitter, facebook and youtube. Although a developer by background, I am a published author and have written many (technical) articles etc. I am looking to form a working relationship with someone (or a company) with a strong background in advertising and marketing; someone who has (demonstrable) experience in writing copy. This person should be competent with keyword analysis tools (for example MarketSamurai - which I use) for page rank optimisation. An in-depth grasp of the english language (and its subtle nuances) is a key requirement for this job. Consequently, I will only consider people who speak English as their "mother tongue". The objective of this project is twofold: 1 (Short Term) --------------- To find an inbound marketer to help me achieve the following: a. Help identify keywords that I can achive top rankings for (for my homepage) b. Improve some existing pages by rewording them (if deemed necessary), to provide "better copy" c. Provide a backlink building plan which comprises of: - identification of the top (i.e. "link juice rich") forums, bloggers, websites etc relevant for my industry - write one article, press release and post to N forums, blogs d. Establish metrics to help measure the effectiveness of the back building activities carried out above, by using Google analytics and "Goals" e. Simple example on using Google Adwords (I have some Google Adword coupons that I'd like to use) 2 (Longer Term) ----------------- I am a tech guy, not a sales/marketing guy. From the background of some of the bidders, it appears I did not make myself clear. In summary, here are the main points: 1. If you are in anyway a "techie", don't apply. Technical skills are NOT required for this job. I want a PURE MARKETING guy/girl/team - a technical background is a hinderance, because it means you will think like me - therefore you are not bringing anything new to the table. 2. Anyone who does not speak English as a mother tongue is at a disadvantage when marketing to my target audience. I find it hard to contemplate an excellent copy writer based in Pakistan (for example) - however, I may be wrong. To that end, all bidders that are serious should provide me with some evidence of their work. As I said, I have had work published myself, so I would prefer to work with professionals, not amateurs (i.e. incorrect grammar, spelling mistakes etc). This is the begining of a serious business relationship, leading to lots more business for whomever I finally choose to work with; consequently, it is worthwhile investing time before selecting the right person. I look forward to hearing from the PURE marketing guys/girls out there - i.e. those who do not "code" or design websites, and have a pure marketing background. These are the ones that will bring value, and a different way of looking at things. These are the ones that I will be considering going forward. Help me make it easier to select you, and have a symbiotic working relationship going forward, by providing me with examples of what you deem is your best work to date. It may also help to add a little bit of background information - so that I know more about the person behind the skill. This can be so much more than a "quick job" on this site; it could be the begining of a very rewarding (i.e. mutually benefecial) working partnership going forward - if you are the right person/team.
