Media buying Manager for Brazil

We need a media buying specialist who will be responsible for negotiating, purchasing and monitoring advertising space and airtime on behalf of our customers in Brazil. Your role will be to select websites to place ads in order to enhance exposure for our brand, bring in traffic and convert visitors into paying customers.
Your daily activities will include:
Identification of most suitable potential media vendors for the target audience
Gathering information in terms of rates, avails, deadlines, and technical specifications for the ads placement
Negotiating with media owners & ad networks for the best advertising deals
Managing media purchasing agreements; generating, placing, and confirming orders with media vendors
Establishing positive relationships with website owners.
Ideal candidate should be living in Brazil and speak perfect portuguese.
