Results driven marketing agency

Hello, I am looking for a marketing agency to help me recruit online students for a university which is a global movement to make real progress in urban and rural areas in Africa through a biblical-centered education. We are looking for an agency to work with long term. The agency should generate leads, make the calls, screen prospects and only provide us with students ready to enroll. Please do not apply if you can not deliver screened prospects. In your proposal, please let me know how many students you can deliver per month and if we work long term, per year. Our goal is 1200 students by October 2022 but we are willing to work with multiple agencies so please mention a realistic number that you can actually deliver. Also, let me know in brief how you will generate leads, screen prospects and if you would need anything from us. Budget is placeholder, so let me know how much you would charge per month or per a number of students. We are targeting African students from countries in the Southern, Eastern and Western Africa.
