Sales Needed. Help. Create/Manage a PPC Campaign for E-commerce site

Your one and only job = bring in (profitable) sales.

Qualifications:
- Previous success is very very important, please tell me what types of success you've achieved in the past with PPC and other types of business.
- Great English is very important
- Google Adwords, Google Shopping, Shopify and Amazon Marketing Services
- Understanding importance of keywords and how they affect products on the market.
- Understand bidding and how to be competitive yet still profitable.
- Know how to use Shopify
We are uploading more and more products to our store every single day so there will always be work to do. I'm thinking that it's good to have every single product in our catalog in our Google Shopping store (running Adwords) and on Amazon Marketing Services so you would be in charge of getting our products up and running on both platforms.
I am paying $3 an hour for this job. We will work together for a couple of weeks and reassess how you're doing at that time. If you're doing well then we'll continue.
If you can get us daily sales then you're basically guaranteeing yourself a long term job with me and our business.
