Savasaachi is a Manchester, UK based outsourced Digital, Creative and Social Media Marketing agency which provide services to businesses including social media management, product photography, TripAdvisor management, email marketing, media planning and budgeting, SEO, web designing and hosting, video production among others. Currently, we are working with over 60 businesses and plan to expand our client base in the new year, for which we are setting up a response team in India.
We are looking for dedicated and smart workers to represent Savasaachi as first point of contact in case of queries, enquiries and complaints from the client. We have multiple positions and shifts open for the role.
Duties:
1. Responding to social media notifications, check-ins, reviews.
2. Handling client queries, enquiries, bookings, complaints.
3. Posting celebration pictures sent by clients on their social media accounts.
4. Elevating number of likes and followers for the clients.
5. Researching and reposting pages into local (based on client’s location) influential groups on Facebook and Instagram.
6. Providing weekly progress reports to the management.
Requirements
1. Qualification equivalent to A-levels.
2. Understanding of social media platforms.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Good command over English language.
5. Flexibility to adapt to UK time zone.
You will work from home using your personal computers and phones. Savasaachi will provide you with all the relevant information and content required for the job along with a 24X7 support for your queries.
Salary: £100- £150/ monthly based on skills and shifts.
