Analyze the top most searched topics in our space and build a spreadsheet complete with search volume, current rank, ranking URL and possibly organized by category. - Help the team prioritize the keywords so that they know which ones they should be targeting. It’s helpful to go through the list while sitting down with the team, that way they can tell you if the topic is relevant to their audience or not. - Act as a general consultant to the team whenever SEO questions should arise Secondary - Best practices—create a “best practices” SEO document for the writers - Technical audit—conduct an audit of the blog from a technical perspective. Some examples include: - Making sure hreflang tags are correctly implemented - Are we doing enough interlinking (footers & headers, sidebars, etc) - Mobile optimization audit - Any other issues to address? We wish to have 8 hours of time each week with you over the course of 2 months. Preferably, some portion of that 8 hours would be spent each week in the office (located near the U Kottbusser Tor stop). For example, if you can only visit the office for 1 hour a week and are spending the rest of the 7 hours working on these tasks in your spare time that is fine, otherwise it would be ideal to have you in the office once a week for a full 8 hours over the course of those 2 months.
