I would like to pay someone to sell our company's products!

I have a direct to consumer brand I started that focusses on modern laundry detergent and clothing care products (similar to a higher end dollar shave club or Harry's razors except targeting a much larger industry). We are blending the $72B fragrance (products with scents inspired by higher end fragrances such as colognes unlike anything else on the market) with the $150B laundry detergent industry, and the $1T menswear+womenswear industry. The idea is that in a day and age where people invest in themselves and their clothing, we provide products without harmful chemicals that are better for the environment, better for your clothing, have a better impact on the world (10% of profits go to charity), and have a scent and design unlike anything else on the market. We are doing well so far and have been seeing rapid growth (please check out our website, [login to view URL]). We can pay hourly, but we would prefer to pay on a performance basis. This allows someone we hire to get creative with how they get purchases and incentives them to actually generate sales rather than just pass time. For people who actually put in effort, they will be able to earn much much more from their time than just an hourly wage. If we pay someone $15-$20 per quality sale, they could easily earn $100+ an hour if they try. The amount that we will pay depends on a number of factors, and alternatively could do a revenue share model. I look forward to virtually meeting some of you!
