interspire set up multiple MTAs

I have a customized paid version of Interspire. We want it set up so we can assign a broadcast or email autoresponder to a different MTA. We are using an outside MTA, and want to sign up with a second MTA so we can choose the MTA. This should work similar to the Maborak plugin for multiple MTAs but we need source code and you must own and have rights to it or develop it for us so we have unrestricted worldwide rights. You MUST have vast Interspire experience AND be super good with MySQL. We have a lot of work on this ongoing, development of addons etc. as we have customized our IEM install and you will be the one to work on it for us through Freelancer.
