IPad App Development for invoices - repost

For my business I would require an App to create PDF invoices base on a standardized form and automatically send it to my client list. Here's the requirements: 1. We currently use Excel sheets to create and convert invoices into PDF's and then we send these out via Email. Since it is cumbersome to take our laptops around the world, we want to change our process and update our operation to Ipad's. 2. An online data management system would be required for us to upload our Excel database contents to it. 3. On the Ipad we require a simple form with login credentials for users. The App will be a form where we can select the client from a dropdown list (pulled from the online data management system) and also to automatically fill in other fields. We also require to fill in some fields such as invoice amount and so on. 4. Once all fields are filled in, it should be converted into a PDF and sent it to the selected client and a copy will be saved on database to be downloadable to the main system. Basic Graphical work will be required! This will be our first project to improve our company and therefore we require the source code and help to upload to the App store. If the work is satisfactory, further projects will be rewarded. As for payments.... due to previous bad experiences, we will only pay a deposit after the delivery of the graphical work (means no payments such as 50% will be made at acceptance of this contract, don't bid if you can't deliver or hold your timeline!!!)
