Build me a Photo communicating app

Time Share Real time photo communication app. Allowing users to take selfies in real time with friends they may have added. The users may be in completely different location and having different timezones. So for example with 2 users (John & Peter) IF John is friends he first sends a ADD friend request to Peter if Peter accepts the friend request, they can start sharing selfies in real time with each other. So how does it work John invites Peter to an Selfie session, Peter is given the ability to accept or reject the invitation if he accepts the invitation on his APP it should open up his camera and both users should be able to see each other BUT as John was the first to invite he reserves the right to CAPTURE the selfie. The goal of this app is to allow people to share photos in real time with loved ones. The app will sort out the two separate selfies into one merging them. So if Peter returns back to the app and clicks on the selfie it should flip and show John, Vice versa. The app will arrange all selfies taken with the app with a time stamp and geo tagging and create a timeline of events, Like a feed showing who they have been taking selfies with. With all timing of when the photo was taken in different timezones. Some cool Artificial intelligence may be added to the camera to add other cool features such as funny masks, props, masks to enhance the experience.
