Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Universal Work Queue Screen Pop

This is a proof of concept. Create a windows console app or applet which can send a screen pop request to the Universal Work Queue. The app will read the order ID, customer ID and location ID from the console line. These will be a teleSales order and a teleService account. No access will be given to client's system.
