I need help with (2) python 3 console programs [login to view URL]!/home Please see this link for ServiceNow Rest API. What I need is a Python 3 Console Program(s) that can work in a program or script that can “add a ticket” and also take look up a ticket and list it. 2 programs. There are many examples online. This should be able to use all of all the major fields of a service now ticket. Adding a ticket: pass all the variables to the program and enter python [login to view URL] V1, V2, V3, etc, etc Listing a riskier: pass the ticket number to the program and all the field will be listed out in a consistent list Field1=value Field2=value Etc Etc Does this help? Does this leave questions? What is the value for these two programs?

HI, I have prior experience in service-now. So what you basically want is when you run a python script, a ticket in service-now must be generated on your behalf and also must search for a particular ticket and list it on your python console? Thats it or have I gone wrong somewhere? Regards, Arjun

From your requirements you will need: 1 - GET request with query/filter paramenters. 2 - POST request with field paramenters.
