Wireless Sensor Network Simulator based on Java -- 2

Hi there I need help and it is about small task, I am in the middle of building a Wireless Sensor Network. I need to broadcast Hello message from the Base Station to all nodes in the topology. The problem is I do not know how to do that using multithread in java. I need to to the broadcasting for my control packet simultaneously not step by step. by this way I can calculate the hop count for each node in multi hop manner.
