Two page charity site

We would like a site similar in design to charitywater.com. We will need a good looking front page featuring the following: * Javascript based image slide show (flash like) that shows pictures and captions of the charity at work in different countries * RSS feeds from various blogs * Form elements for donations * Several paragraphs of text * Rotating testimonials Additionally, we will need a template for content pages which we can easily modify ourselves. The basic design should be very close to Charity Water, however we have an existing logo and color scheme. We would like XHTML 1.0 Strict or Transitional, however HTML 4 is also acceptable. All pages must pass w3c validation with no warnings and work correctly in all popular browsers. The site should also use semantically correct tags, such as the proper order and use of heading tags. When done, tools such as w3c should be able to extract a coherent outline of any page just by the heading tags. It is urgent that this project be completed within 7 days of accepting the project as the site will soon be mentioned in the media.
