We need a picture frame on a website with a realistic Planet Earth in 3D (the globe is made in 3D and can be exported to all desired formats). The 3D Planet Earth should be rotating on the right side of the picture frame. The mouse must be able to click and rotate the globe, and make it spin more quickly horizontally. Pulsating dots should be showing on the globe, showing locations on a given company. You must be able to click on each of these locations, after which a text appears (see attached image). When all the desired locations are clicked, one ought to be able to press an 'OK button' that directs the user to another page where the country variables are used to populate the relevant check fields in a form. It is important that this is done via a 3D engine in html5 so that the rotary rotation of the globe is calm and not crooked. It should be able to work on mobile and tablets as well. The globe is made in 3d and can be exported to all desired formats
