discord phonecall app

I'm looking for a developer to create a discord app that has the following features based on an unfinished version I will provide. The basic functionality should be: Via Nemo’s API Make a phone call to a number with a command and send the audio of it into a discord channel(.call [number]) Hang up the phone call(.hangup) Send DTMF tones into the phone call (.dial [digits]) Exclusively send the audio of a single user in the channel back to the phone call (.listentome) Required skills regarding node.js: [login to view URL](voice) WebSocket-Server HTTP-Server Streams down and upsampling of pcm data in real-time. (experience with the Nexmo API is a plus) Job description: You will improve the provided node.js application until it fulfills following requirements: Real-time conversations between phone users and discord users can take place without significant delay(<1s). The application is free of bugs negatively impacting the user experience Downfalls of the current state of the application: Minor bugs not affecting core functionality Glitchy Audio from the phone to discord .(or with a 4 second delay when upsampling with ffmpeg)
