fix Nodejs - request Error: connect ECONNREFUSED in my -http client

Hello, Seems like a small fix with a setInterval in node.js. Which package/library do you use for http request? Many of the stable ones have native options to configure this, like request, axios etc. Or is it the native http module of node.js being used as a client?
