Javascript Expert / with Python Understanding

You should be a javascript guru. You need to do customized javascript and this isn't for the faint of heart as it needs to have the right user experience on the page.

We need someone to add on a search results page an information box that stays persistent (no bouncing) as user scrolls down the page. The box will load information about the author of the tweet. It will utilize a call for data we already have.

We already have a tooltip library that loads this data, but to show the infobox since we needs a lot of customization without bouncing, it should be a custom solution.

You should be able to work via ssh on a remove development server. This is an aws instance that lets you login. You can upload and make changes to files that way.

Python is desired in case backend changes need to be made, though they might not to be for this task.
