Looking To Hire an XML eCommerce Developer/Tutor

Looking for someone whom preferably knows XForms, XQuery and RESTful microservices to build an eCommerce website on AWS. Need a developer who can write code and also walk me through the code during review sessions and answer any questions I may have, as I have a basic working knowledge of XML, XQuery, XForms, etc. and want to learn from this project as well. Knowledge of Java is also preferred (not required).
