C# MVC Dynamic JSON

I would like to consume [login to view URL] into my webpage which accepts JSON. The charts would be generated dynamically based on the user selection. I tried to create a method in the controller to generate the json and pass it to the view but I keep getting errors. Attached is my view. The user would select the excel workbook from the view. The controller would process it and dynamically load the script to the view. The only main values that would change would be worksheet name, percentage1 and percentage 2.
