We need assistance or phone conference to file lien or claim regarding fees and interest provided for property taxes and business loan to LLC , unfortunately we trusted we needed nothing +in writing. We can provide: personal property and business address, phone numbers, and business ID. I have done my research and found we must be contractor or have a mechanical lien. This is where this issue become complicated for us. There has to be a way for us to claim retribution for monies owed. We have a very limited budget and are sinking fast due to this matter.
