get a refund due to harrassement amoral, dangerous driving, and insults during trip

hi, I'm looking for a lawyer who knows Iceland law. i am Asian, who lives in France. i went to travel to island, but travel guide drove very dangerously while it snowed, he touched me behind my back and he insulted his clients. i asked an apology first, but the tour company didn't apologize even though they couldn't deny what happened on email. the proofs are emails, photo, video, and one attestation. they asked a proof so i gave them. but now they said without a legal claim they won't refund at all, nor apologize. they say that video in which we can see his back is done without his permission, (he encouraged us to film outside, and my seat was behind him. i couldn't make him move because he drove) and our attestation is untruthful slander. my question is that even though they couldnt' deny what he did on emails, and i have an attestation, if they false accuse me this way, how can i legally protect me and how much can i ask aginst their false claim. on top of that, even though we can't see this face, i never published this video anywhere, i didn't even write the review precisely for their business, do they can still accuse me of violation of law? thank you for getting me back if you are expert in iceland law. please send me messages if you are interested and please give me your best price when we pursue a legal process. best, kim
