I need a fundraiser expert

I have adopted a very very poor village, but they have ARABLE LAND AND PEOPLE (Good for Soybeans, Maize, Corn, Yam, Sesame Seeds, Guinea Corn, Hibiscus). I grew up in the city/town of where I am from, but an international project sent me to that village and what I saw there; I don't think I can leave them in the condition I met them in; my memory/conscience will not rest until I help improve their condition; atleast, a little bit. The last 1-2 years is the only time I have seen people living in such condition; and the children are the worse hit. I have been wondering what their future will be if I am unable to help; because they are deep in the villages with no light, potable water, etc. I have met the head of the village; chief and owner, of the land/village and he has agreed with me to do all I can to help him/his subjects. The village and I desperately need an expert to help us raise the necessary fund to execute this project successfully in order to help lift up these people; especially the women and children. With my people management strength/skills and creative thinking abilities, I can bring them together to utilize their Arable Land and the Labour available there. BUT, I will need funds to finance the logistics, seeds, fertilizer, chemical aspects of the project and also bring some experts to be able to utilize the land very well and out of that educate them, have health facilities, potable water and other social amenities for them.
