I need to prepare a well defined SLA agreement between my department and the technology department to govern the services they provides and also control the flow of information sharing and gathering with well defined flow chart and responsibility matrix.
the aim is to control how requirements and information is being shared and who is responsible of it
also set guidelines to control it
the process flow and the responsibility matrix is ready , the only thing needed is the SLA which mapped to it and also the preparation of the service request form
the SLA should not accedes three pages or four and be comprehensive.
