I need a letter reply with the Registrability Report with cited mark (all GS)  How was the mark created?  What are the specific circumstances and the chronology of events that led the applicant to apply for the mark’s registration? Is the subject mark an original creation of the applicant? The answers to these queries must be submitted in an affidavit that also contains a statement that the mark is being filed in good faith. A copy of the applicant's identification must likewise be submitted. Please be reminded that the registration of a trademark is not a mode of acquiring ownership, that is, if the applicant is not the owner of the trademark, he has no right to apply for its registration.2 If the applicant chooses to respond to this office action notwithstanding the objection raised, the following issues should also be complied with:  Disclaim the exclusive right to use “EGG” as it is descriptive of the kind, intended purpose, or other characteristics of the services covered by the application.
