There are a lot of details missing. Do you need a boilerplate agreement or one that is customized to your specific purpose. Generally, we charge $400 per hour and these tasks can be done between 25-30 hours of work. Our payment terms are 50% when signing the service agreement, 40% on delivering of first draft and remaining 10% when the final work is handed over to you.

Dear Sir, You have reviewed my resume and interviewed me, as well as discussed some further details about this project with me on another platform, but then it seems like there were some issues with your account. In case you want to continue, please don't hesitate to leave me a message. The price provided herein is applied for the whole project, which includes 35-40 hours of work. I can cap the total hours at 35 hours, so that you don't have to pay for more in case the actual working hours exceed this amount. Hence, the final hourly rate I offered herein is equivalent to $65/hr, which may be even lower if the works require more time. This total fee of course will not be paid at once in advance, but on a phase-by-phase basis, after I finish each contract and you find the result meets your expectations. You can refer to the specific fee for each phase as I have provided in the milestones attached.
