We are a hiring firm and we are looking to bring on a freelance digital marketeer who will help us source the talent we need on a as needed basis. This will be a long term contract and the adverts will be sent out on a as needed basis. Essentially when one of our clients puts out a request for a role to be filled we want to use digital marketing to help source this talent within 24 hours. Essentially what we are looking at is high quality talent that will apply in a short turn around time. I need a digital marketeer who will be able to take the creatives developed by us and boost it on LinkedIn and Facebook. The area of expertise will be recruiting professionals in the IT, Design, HR and Content spaces. I suspect that for quality users we will be using mostly LinkedIn but I am open to hearing suggestions to other distribution strategies. A key component of this will be getting data and result driven metrics. We are not looking for a high quantity of candidates as much as we are looking for candidates of high quality. The volume of work we see is roughly between 10 - 15 adverts a month each running for a maximum of 24 hours where they will go to our website, create a profile and apply to the job. The rate can be negotiated depending on the amount of work per month considering it can scale up and scale down basis the demands coming in.
