Help me create a working Swift installation on Ubuntu

What I have: I have a new VPS with Ubuntu installed. My goal: I want this server to be a Ubuntu server with a working server-side Swift sample web application, so I have a head start in creating Swift applications on it. What I want (freelancer tasks): - A safe linux environment with packages that I need, installed, and packages that I don't need, removed. E.g. remove LAMP which I probably won't need. E.g. close ports that should be closed. E.g. set correct access rights. General sys-admin stuff. - A working Swift sample (MVC-like) Web application on this linux environment. It should have a View, go through some kind of Controller and access a database. Why I want this: I create iOS apps (Swift) and work on C#.NET web applications for a living. I want to focus on one language, which will be Swift. I need the Linux server as a way to build and test applications that I create for customers. My linux knowledge is still almost non-existent, so I need someone who can be my sys-admin and guide for using Swift on linux. Who I want: I need someone who.. - has experience with working with Swift frameworks on a Linux server - has plenty of experience with setting up a Linux web server and knows how to make it safe - can normally help me with urgent support issues within a working day - is happy to answer my questions about Linux, Swift and the combination of the two (I pay for your time of course) - That can advise me on which server-side Swift framework to choose (e.g. Kitura or Perfect) - I need someone I can trust, of course Safety: I mention safety twice. To clarify this: I'm talking about basic web server safety. What I will have on the server will not be government secrets or anything like that, I just want my environment to be safe from common hacker attacks. Budget: The budget is for the stuff under "What I want". If you think it should cost more than what I think, do not hesitate to explain this to me in your reaction. My idea is that executing this project should not be too costly for someone with experience in this field, but as a fellow programmer I know this can be a dangerous thought.
