We need to install Kannel Server and and get the know how of the software. (the freelancer may have to install and do configurations also.) The freelancer should be able to answer all my questions on the Kannel. Questions will be like.... . 1. How to set up the kannel 2. configuration of out going and in coming connections 3. Check if incoming connections are connecting or not. 4. Balance assigning to incoming connections 5. filterations (black list / whitelist) of Headers(senderIDs) 6. filterations (black list / whitelist) of mobile numbers. etc. /etc.... and so on ....
