I want to build a program which Raspberry Pi 3 and Ardunio Uno communicates through Bluetooth, Ultrasonic Sensor will be running on Ardunio and processing program will be on Raspberry Pi 3. This all process shoulb be run on Kernel Programming in Linux, implemented by C Programming Language.

Hello , I have bachelor's degree in computer science and i have been programming in C/C++ for both linux and windows for more than 8 years.I have written various network applications some of which are down to the IP packet level. I have written a linux based network packet analyzer without using except the standard C library. and also written simple versions of network diagnostic tools ping and traceroute. Additionally I have extensive knowledge in Intel and ARM assembly and previous experience in reverse engineering. let me know if you're interested.

I am embedded software engineer and i can do this work quiet efficiently. I have done almost similar project just recently. But there i was listening from the incoming Sensor node and processing from the raspberry pi using python.
