Hi Team, Please let me know the below details. so it will easy to troubleshoot this issue. 1) Ubuntu OS version 2) which environment (physical or virtual), As you mentioned you have downloaded Ubuntu Os in USB media (i think it physical server?) 3) Have you tried to recover password from single user mode? 4) Do you have any screenshot captured if you tried to boot from USB? 5) Provide your overall suggestion how we can proceed to work on it.
