Hi (1) I have a EC2 Amazon instance Ubuntu. My code is python code in ~/[login to view URL] and I want to call it from port 5000 and pass the parameters in URL. (2) Port 5000 is not accessible all the time. We have to occasionally login and do following commands : pkill gunicorn gunicorn app:app -b 0.0.0.0:5000 (3) We do not know what the problem is (4) We want to solve the issue that port 5000 is available so we can call our app using URL (5) link that we call is here. After calling, link generates a PDF file . But sometimes does not work: [login to view URL],%2249,700%22,%22f3%22,%22f4%22&rep=%22KIR%22,%2229,100%22,%22r3%22,%22r4%22&fileID=1HlZqu--sbLtDOtHXyWuEjGZwXu8RxpHf&type=pdf&filename=result (6) please fix so we can run this link all the time with different parameters

sounds like your WSGI (gunicorn) is not stable and hangs sometimes. I'll need to have a look into server setup with SSH, but can solve it for sure - there might be few options, perhaps just automate restarts or put some other WSGI or fix the gunicorn... anyway, let me know if you want me to have a look. regards,
