Recompile Apache 2.4.8 with new customization for CWP to match Cpanel Apache settings and suexec patch

I need someone to recompile apache and configure the installer to include custom suexec settings. The version of Apache on Cpanel, and suexec, have settings compiled in that I need, that CWP's standard apache does not contain. If you have expert knowledge of Cpanel Easyapache4 provisioner and configuring directives in Apache 2.4 I need someone to configure and install a matching installation of apache/ php / modules AND suexec settings. The suexec must be recompiled during apache build process to include a suexec patch during the recompile process.
