Hi. There are two ways. Static port forwarding on all transit routers with NAT. Or UPnP and dynamic port forwarding. When using UPnP, support from the application and on all transit routers is required. If you install VPN from your PC, then you have already bypassed the transit devices. You need port forwarding or UPnP only on the VPN server. In this case, we believe that the server has a public IP address. If this is not so then it is still more difficult.

Hello, I have gone through your project details. As far as I can understand, you need a P2P application to be accessible from remote locations. And you intend to do so by combining VPN, Dedicated IP and Port Forwarding options. I am a server administrator with 8+ years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration (installation, configuration, management, security, migration and troubleshooting). I am not sure of the idea, however, logically this is possible. I have worked on similar projects in past. I can work on this idea and find a way around (if required) to achieve your goal.
