Threat pattern detection

An algorithm that can collect data from an attack on a daily operational basis which reveals the domain which has been taken over by a threat actor. It includes the systems in the organisation that has been infected with a malware virus. In essence the algorithm identifies threat pattern from malicious users and gathers the [login to view URL] algorithm should be able to gather threat information from different sources such as dark web, deep web and live net sources. I need a data-set also for sample. Also, the threat information gathered will be used in machine learning fro risk prediction.
