Auto Typer / Clicker

I need an auto clicker / typer to read data from a text field ( or clipboard ) separated by a comma on a line and input it on a website, click, wait and redo it all again until there is no line left. Doesn't need to access the website on its own: I can access it, and with the page open, "run the script".

Example:

123, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 1

456, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 1

457, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 2

456, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 3

555, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 4

444, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 5

321, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 5

333, 01/10/2017, 31/10/2017, 5

This is basically it, and it needs to run about 100 lines per run. Where each line have 4 text to be inserted on 4 separate fields ( they are separated by "," above ). And it needs to "click" on a radio button selection ( 1 option out of 2 ) and click at the end of the form, wait for about 3 seconds ( so the page can load ) and start again from the next line.

This "3 seconds" waiting for the page to be loaded, needs to be editable ( for example when internet is slow and needed to increase to 5 seconds, for example.
